No. All services are scheduled and once they are in place, do not change
All retainer clients are set up on a monthly direct debit. Periodical or one off clients can pay by either cheque or EFT
We have a time tracking system in place for each client and the time that we spend at your house is electronically logged by each MATH employee on each visit
Yes. No one but MATH has any of your details. If outside contractors ie Electricians are required we will liaise with you on how you would like to proceed
We require a minimum of one week notice in advance of scheduled service and subject to availability we will do out best to reschedule. If this is not possible due to other client commitments your services will be made up over consecutive future scheduled visits.
Cancellations due to inclement weather will be at MATHS discretion and advised 3 days prior.
